clearly they have CDR + pierce damage buest 1 with killer D in elysion, and releasing her is totally weird and stupid imo. even marciana is really good burst 2 if she was burst two, you could have choice between more damage or heal if she was burst 2, but no… if she was burst 2, i would had hope rapi alt would be pierce focused dps, and had hope for good elysion team, but no… lol anyway let down for me :(

What if it's not a new B2 CDR, but if it's cos they'll be releasing new B3's that's not reliant on activating burst quickly?

That Tia/Zwei angle does sound appealing so that we can now just use crown/naga combo. Then just use dolla/s.helm as the cdr unit for now on the Tia/Zwei until we cope for that God Tier B2 cdr unit. Guess she's just another SR option for team building.

Feels like her use is to reduce crit fishing for Snow White one shots. The 1.45x multiplier is huge so it wouldn't matter that much if it crits or not.
